Server resets have no strict schedule. It could happen tomorrow or in a week; I am not sure.

While it is very cool to see that you are trying to get out there and make some friends, this is the kind of thing that we can't do much about. I would recommend talking with your little brother about watching his conduct in the main chat. Furthermore, the chat is set to Voice+ at the moment, so you couldn't chat if you were unmuted. I would take this time to read analyses on Smogon and battle. You will be able to chat sooner or later!

Let me know if this becomes an issue again in the future.

Unfortunately, we have no way of verifying that you have a little brother that made such a mistake. For all we know, it could have been you getting muted (which was justified). You'll have to wait until the next server reset to be unmuted; there isn't much we can do about this. Sorry =/. Lemme know if you have further questions.
