I don't know if you should mention the weather nerf to hydration stall since you don't have it as a set. Also, say that both of its sets are team dependent, not two out of three.

The same argument can be made for Draco Meteor on other mons, but the point remains the same. It deals a lot more damage and can secure some OHKO's or 2HKO's compared to other moves.
Just talked with QC and overheat will stay on the set. I also checked calcs on ice beam vs boomburst, and boomburst does more damage than ice beam on anything ice beam doesn't hit 4x super effective.
Overheat is there to either force switches or get OHKO's/2HKO's that Flamethrower/Fire Blast couldn't. Flamethrower is there if Overheat isn't necessary, but a Fire-type move will be the better option at that point in time.
I'm not a QC, but I'd like to make some quick changes for grammar
you mention it's its only viable set in OU, yet there's another set. Change it somehow to make sense with there being another set.
