OK then. Get Baton Pass on a Chobomaki. Then get it to lvl 27. I don't care how. I will then trade you a Kaburumo so that I will receive Chobomaki and it will then evolve into Agurudaa...Sound good?
Kurumiru definitely can learn Me First. Serebii shows you who learns what through level up and through breeding. Chobomaki/Agirudaa learns Baton Pass through breeding. That is your first step. Then evolve Chobomaki to Agirudaa and Agirudaa learns Me first at lvl 28. Then you can either bred that Pokemon with a Kurumiru until you get a male or you can just give me the Agirudaa and I will do it.
Edit: Here are the Pokemon that learn Baton Pass through lvl up or through breeding.
