    You're gonna do Nidoqueen, Milotic, Missy and Lapras.

    You already have the Lapras, and the Pachirisu you alrrady have EV'd barring changing the 6 EV's from SpA to Speed.

    So 3 fodder will be okay :)

    I assume the Pachirisu has 4-6 Sp.Atk EV"s but I want them in speed to tie with other Base 95's with a neutral nature that have 0 speed EV's.

    So if you could berry that and put 6 EV's in speed that would be awesome !

    Yes, post in my thread which 4 you want to EV from the second spoiler to get those 2 in exchange.

    you can if you want, something like Snorlax helps with that.
    Alternatively you could run a more SDef Tyranitar like what I run in Ubers. I guess its up to you!

    btw I took a look over your team and I could no really find anything wrong with it. Also if you did get a Milotic with Haze then I would recommend it but if you cannot then thats fine :)
