Yeah, any is fine, but an IV frame of one is preferable. That way, you'd only need to advance the PID frame.
Like I said, for stationary Pokemon, encounter slot value (ESV) does not matter. Recall that encounter slot value signifies what Pokemon you'll catch. Since a stationary Pokemon is always gonna be what it is, any of those is fine. -
