Hmm, I think my Modest Manaphy will suit better for the time being. It's the exact same spread with Palkia (31/1/31/31/31/28) without the shininess (since it's a Pokemon Ranger thing).
At my Ubers section, I have a shiny Modest Palkia with 31/1/31/31/31/28 if you'd like that.
Not really, I don't really have one worth mentioning. I don't like my current one because I could have done better.
Mine is giving people semi-redis on any of my Pokemon. This caps at 10, so anyone can only distribute 10 of mine at a time unless it has a fully-redis mark.
People will usually have a fully/semi-redis mark on the Pokemon. If they don't, go ahead and ask the person.

Froslass is amazing both competitively and aesthetically, preiod; in early D/P everybody thought it would be medicore, but they were sure wrong!
