you can put the remaining ev's in hp, or put enough speed to outspeed jolly cloyster after a shell smash, or scarflatios if you're that concerned; otherwise I'd reccomend to either stick to 260 speed benchmark on sun, or go to full speed outside it
I kinda like Modest 64 HP / 252 SpA / 192 Spe for Lilligant. It outruns Jolly Cloyster in Sun. It also outruns Timid Politoed outside of Sun and without a Quiver Dance.

I cloned the uts already btw, now onto the evs.
On sun is a good one because it's like having STAB :P, but ice and rock are useful as well (rock provides the best coverage, but less SE hits to OU threats)
Yep I do, of course that will take a bit longer to do but just send me the spreads and I'll do it.

all of those but nonshiny feebas are first
then bred shiny and non shiny
then capture shiny if frames < billion
its on my list but it will be some time before its ready, like months -
