ugh, it depends... as for stall, tangrowth or saur are better choices; lilly is an offense-oriented mon (just look at her "bulk", lol); QD sweeper is... well, a sweeper XD; utility set is useful to aid -other sweepers-...

I don't think I would want to. I have been feeling depressed as hell lately. I would rather just talk with someone, rather than help someone in pokemon. I have to get a move on with my smogon student, and even that is pretty hard for me right now.
The pressure irl is pretty bad. I just want to relax. We can probably do it another time.

But yeah, it's impossible for me to get a Chansey with the encounter slot of that spread. If for some reason I make more IDs and get a flawless bold spread that can find a Chansey (1% and 4% encounter rate, and each spread only has 1 encounter slot) I'll let you know lol

You could use Protect > Softboiled on Blissey if you'd like.
Sure, that would be okay. Yeah, Calm Milotic isn't outclassed on stall which is good. Bold Milotic has more trouble competiting as already explained.

Btw, you can pick up Horsea, Manaphy, and Feebas this weekend. That gives you some time to think about any NNs :P And I'll be busy during the weekdays because of school.
