EDIT:according to the RNG help, pokemon not listed have a start frame of one, and groudon, kyogre, and rayquaza arent listed, so 1 it is.
and also, apparently entering the tower increases the RNG by 1

The code you gave me is the same one thats floating around the internet, but it wont work.
Im gonna try it on my HG, and see if it works.
