Yes Mawlock is exactly what I mean, and it seems like Max gets way more overpowered than in the original game too, to the extent where he is OHKOing anything he faces about half way through the game.

Yeah, the first game was so bland a lot of people quit, and even Battle Network didn't stay popular long. By the time SF3 came out there was next to no traffic.
