Well you should look up RMT's in the Dragon Spiral Tower section of the Smogon Community.

The basic layout is like this:

First you have an intro, telling the reader about the team. Then you put the "Team at a Glance", which is basically just pictures of the team. You can put the building process, but that is optional. Then you begin the detailed analysis of the team.

You put a picture of a Pokemon
Then it is the Pokemon's name, gender, and what item it is holding
Below is its nature
Next is its ability'
Then it is its EV distribution
Followed by its moveset.

Lastly you put a desription of why you picked this Pokemon and its purpose on the team.

^^^Repeat that step for the remaining Pokemon on the team

Lastly put a closing statement and the "Threat List" (Which is what the name implies, it is the biggest threats to your team.) And there is your RMT. Here is one of mine for a visual aid.

It is smaller than the other. How can I make it bigger? I tried stretching it in paint, but it still comes out the same size.
