Lol no problem, it was good post... poor Kramer D=. Your character isnt being carted off to prison though, he just has temporary paralysis. It wears off when all hell breaks loose (which will be obvious when that happens)

Oh, and just to clear things up, the Summit is in the ring around the Space Needle, which was remodled to be a giant Political conference room, while the rest of Seattle (and most of the world) is in ruins-- so when you're "exploring the city" its really just a pile of rubble
