I read that the three most common teams would likely be tailwind, trickroom, and goodstuff. Is accurate? Are there other teams that are really common too? And also, if you're running tailwind would it be good/necessary/bad to put trickroom on a pokemon, to reverse another player's?

Sorry for delayed reply, I just finished finals and moving out of my dorm.
