FFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU. So I was on the train and training your guys, and i didnt notice my battery running out. I have rachi/hera/manaphy ready and donezors.
The zongs/magnemites I will MOST likely finish AGAIN (uhg) tonight If not DEF by tomorrow night. Im just going to train them all to a midway point, clone them and finish the spreads that way...so i dont have to train 6 separate guys from scratch....

So from the way it seems. No offense, but it seems you're having trouble hitting the continue button exactly at 0, as you have a wide wide delay range for having the same second timer.
My suggestion is lowering the target delay, as this will reduce the second timer, which reduces your in game delay.
If you're at 5809 right now. Set it to 5800 and try again.
If you find that you hit your delay, sweet scent while surfing after you're done checking and you should see a tentacool with the spread you want.

Just keep at it and try to hit 5809. Try 5 more times and tell me the delays you get for those 5 tries.
You start the timer and the new time on the DS at the same time, yes.

The timer's aren't ever more than 99 in either direction off of what the delay is supposed to be. And also the timer will land you on the correct second every time you use it, unless if you mess it up.
So having such a big difference is just going to make things skewed for you.
As sometimes there are multiple seeds that have the same sequence but are no the same delay, and since RNG reporter picks the closest from the top, it may not be the actual delay or second you are hitting.
When you are checking your seed. In the middle it says + and - delay. What are those set to?
Right next to it is seconds. What is that set to?
As you should have it set like this:
Set your calibrated to 600.
Leave target as that for now.
16 is fine.
I usually aim for a target second of what the calibrated is. So if you put in 15 seconds as calibrated abuse for a 15 second seed. etc.
What do you mean by "'m hitting 15 but when i chage it i always get 16 or 17?
Okay what timer are you using? And what did you put into your timer?
How about we scratch Tentacool for now, and just RNG say a buneary or something simple so you can understand what you're doing and what to do forever after.
