Or you could check out this list and find a pokemon that can Taunt, cause I don't use Taunt to kill Cress. I just kill it with sheer force. It can only heal 8 times with Moonlight, so after that it's ironically a sitting duck.

Well, you COULD run without Taunt...but then Cress will just annoy the living hell out of you. Also note that some Cresselia carry Substitute. Meaning once they sub, you can't Taunt them out of setup.
Taunt it. And then smack it. Hard. Don't hold back just cause Cress is a female.
