No no, that one part is right. The mods have said, straight forward, and specifically, since shadow tag prevents people from switching out, that there are NO COUNTERS. That's not pro or anti ban opinion. That's the mods opinion.

I just wanted to point out: There are only restrictions on moving pokemon down a tier (i.e. a OU pokemon is not allowed in UU) where as, any UU pokemon can come up into OU with a trainer. Weather thats a good idea, however, can be very situational.

The Poll means nothing, its just something the OU council is using to see community response and, given the lack of good, no-ban arguments, it will most likely be banned by the OU Council.

The difference between OU and UU, though, is usage, and not power. Whatever ends up in UU, RU and NU are just what is used less then whatever borderline the usage percent is drawn at. Something moves from UU to OU just if enough players find it useable. Pokemon only get banned from OU to Ubers...
