For the record, mono type teams can have one Pokemon on them that isn't the type you're centering around. So to eliminate that Fire weak, you could stick a Tran variant in there.

Tran/Zong can take any Ice hits directed at Chomp/Skymin. Tran quad resists, and since its scarfed, can scare Weavile away without question, and Explode on predicted switches to bulky, annoying walls like Cress, Bliss, etc.
