I think a slight tweak to the standard EV spread may be beneficial. Try 248 speed, 252 Attack and 8 HP. It only needs 248 speed EVS to outpace Adamant/Modest Lucario. It won't help too much, but you're wasting valuable EVS otherwise.

I did change my team, and it does fine, but Life orb Thundurus can set up OBNOXIOUSLY fast. It has plenty of good coverage and boosting moves making it a HUGE troll to any kind of team! 145 base sp. attk plus nasty plot, and agility, plus boltbeam coverage makes a metagame an unhappy one!

Hmm...... Cinncinco should replace ambipom. There stats are very similar, except ambipom has slightly higher attack. Cinncinco has many more moves to spam. The only other advantage Ambipom has is fake out. My team struggles with substitute users, so this is an interesting option.
