Try an EV spread of 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def on Garbodor.
And Ludicolo should be able to outspeed under rain. The spread should be 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe with a Modest Nature + LO.

Okay. :) If it works out, change Garbodor's set to Spikes / Gunk Shot / Clear Smog / Rock Blast. It will help against subs and set up sweepers.
I wouldn't worry too much about Ghosts. Misdreavus hasn't seen a lot of usage and Haunter is very frail. Rock Blast easily breaks its subs and will kill it.

I leave work in about 10 minutes, it's a 45 minute walk home, my wife is waiting for me, so that means she wants to do something, so that'll take about 2 hours and 45 minutes, then I'm going to make a late night snack that'll take about another half hour, then I go to bed after that. Your right about Toxic being important. On Miltank, get rid of Ice Punch for Toxic. Also, because it looks like it will playing a more defensive role, give it an EV spread of 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD with a Careful Nature.
Yeah their is. :) Don't hate me for this, but replace Shelgon with Klang. I know that you want it on the team, but covering up major threats is more important. Honestly, it seems like it is a weak link.
Giga Drain on Garbodor isn't really worth it, imo. :p
Also, you might wanna replace Toxic with Gunk Shot. It has a high chance to poison and will let Garbodor pull off better damage. Garbodor shouldn't have to rely on Acid Spray. Maybe you can add Spikes somewhere, too.

Wait, Can I take ground for Monotype? I'm sorry that I'm being redundant but I want to make a monotype team and it looks interesting but could I use it in Showdown?

I took a look at it. One thing that stood out to me is your huge Fighting weakness. I would suggest replacing Kadabra with the standard CM Musharna.
Garbodor's set looks funky to me. Why do you have Giga Drain and Acid Spray on there? They won't do much due to Garbodor's pathetic base special attack.
You're also weak to rain. Try Ludicolo over Klang. RD Ludicolo not only fixes the problem, but can also help Carvanha sweep.
