i totally disagree. suicine will be damaged in the process, till he has to rest. thats when you go to umbreon and roar him out. leafeon can also come in (surf from bulky suicune does nothing even after 1 or 2 boosts) and can leaf blade it for a 2HKO.

psychic provides bad coverage, so don't go with that maybe try life orb on starmie instead, so you can switch moves, and maybe replace grass knot with recover for a longer durability other than that not a bad team

i don't think aggron should have magnet rise because its wasting a team spot use another attacking move maybe you could try both aqua tail and ice punch to take out those ground type pokemon

why aerial on scizor? i know it gets techinician boost but doesn't offer good coverage when u-turn deals loads to grass and does fair amounts to bug maybe replace it with pursuit or night slash so you can actually touch (poke) a rotom applicance

i'd say sash your weavile or put fake out on it to break the so common sashes on leads

its nice you wanna start off with t tar but usually leads carry sr and if you want to prevent sr, lead with aero, since you really don't need taunt since its purpose is to prevent sr which happens on the first turn

good team maybe i can suggest relaxed nature instead of bold on empoleon so you don't need an attack drop in aqua jet. i know its just to pick off sashed leads, but it may come in use, and you don't need speed since you have aqua jet, and you're fairly bulky
