Lampent was moved up to NU recently. Pika is like a 6. I would consider him on my team but would more times then not go with a more efficient Pokemon. I do like your revenge set though, best set I have ever used on pikachu. Must have quick attack though.
Idk, do haunter next? That is Lampent's rival in NU. Is he in PU? I will have you the Lampent analysis by Friday or Saturday latest. Also, 60/90/90 defenses are good considering the tier but I am not sure Lampent has the moveset for it... -
