In 5th, but from 4th so it learns Stealth Rock through TM. If possible, could you teach it Leech Seed as well.
I don't think so, but you can breed it onto Sandile if you breed with a Male Stoutland with both Fangs and Crunch if the Female Sandile/Krokorok/Krookodile also knows Crunch.
It can learn any of its egg moves through Smeargle though.
Fire and Thunder Fang, but I haven't RNGed it yet.
