I need both of my Trapinch leveled to 45 and evolved to Flygon. They both need to be tutored Outrage, Fire Punch, and Thunderpunch. They both need to be taught Roost.

I need both my Swinub to be tutored Superpower and Endeavor. They both need to be taught Stealth Rock.

I need both my Rotom to be tutored Trick and Pain Split.

I need my Hippopotas to be taught Stealth Rock in place of Body Slam.

I need my Lugia tutored Earth Power. It needs to be taught Roost.

I need my Ho-Oh tutored Tailwind. It needs to be taught Roost.

My Suicune doesn't need anything, just to be shifted.

I know it's a lot and we can split it up if it makes it easier on you.
