The game was supposed to come with the skin, but it arrived yesterday without. Today I went to the official release, got a poster and told the Nintendo staff that I didnt get my skin, and they gave me one (and a tatoo).
For some reason, SF was easier on the Nintendo 64. So far I only got 4 medals... but I got the one from Area 6 already (my favorite stage), so I'm fine.
