Considering it is weak to Electric Ice and Rock. Superpower takes care of the latter, does neutral on the Electric, U-turn for scouting, Brave Bird for a powerful STAB off a base 123 Atk, Shadow Claw, filler maybe? I don't see anything else useful it gets, no healing outside of Rest... or lefties... idk >.< Maybe Rock Slide in order to deal with other Flyers along with Fire, Ice and Bugs (which are hardly ever seen).

I think my next breed while waiting is going to be the Eagle Wooguru. No egg moves thankfully, maybe make it Jolly or Adamant.

Even though the articuno's nature is adamant and that it's lv 50, it's ice beam did about a quarter of damage to my lv 100 flawless breloom's HP. xD
btw, you won't believe how strong that Articuno was when it used ice beam on my LV 100 breloom.
