You'd have to make a bat script. Not sure how looping over files works in MS-DOS, but in Linux, it goes something like:
for i in folder
do
python TeamAnalyzer.py folder/$i
done
where folder is the name of the folder where all the teams are stored.
$ is just the symbol that means "interpreter begins here."
I haven't tried running this on Windows (you might want to try Cygwin?), but *I believe* what you'll want to do is:
python TeamAnalyzer.py team1
NOT in the python shell but just from DOS.
For examples of the team analyzer, look at TeamAnalyzer.py or the web folder. For TeamAnalyzer.py, the syntax is: $python TeamAnalyzer.py filename where filename is a file containing a PO/PS plaintext export.

Hey, it's great to see a veteran CAP user on board with the Pre-Evolution process! Please know that I will take any thoughts that you have with a ton of respect because you were actually there for the process of Gen4. Good to see you post; I hope to see more of them =)
As far as I know, all of the moves are finished in that google docs spreadsheet; comatt6 and I finished the gamecube tutors back in January, should I send that to mingot? -
