    You can run a specially defensive set, something like Careful or Calm. Celesteela doesn't need need HP. Common moveset is usually Protect, Substitute, Heavy Slam/Flash Cannon, Leech Seed. Some run Flamethrower to hit opposing Celesteela's and Kartana. HP Fire for Tapu Lele to OHKO Assault Vest...

    You dont have to re-beat the pokemon league. Just go back to Tapu Koko and it'll be there.

    Correct. Pikachu, Cubone and Exeggcute don't have alolan forms so they will always evolve into their alolan form evolution in Sun/Moon. These are the only 3 that don't have alolan forms. All the other ones that do have alolan forms (Geodude, Vulpix, Grimer etc) wont evolve into their alolan form...
