Shouldn't Mega Latios run 84 Atk EVs to secure the 2HKO on AV TTar and AV Magearna after Rocks with EQ?

Mega Gyarados has some outdated Team Options

Mega Pinsir B- ----> C+ (Or even C) Zapdos, Celesteela and Rotom-W being high on usage stats certainly hurt Pinsir, it also relies heavily on Rocks being gone before being able to setup. Lastly, it's horrible defensive typing leaves it vulnerable to attacks such as Koko's TBolt and Torn's Hurricane
