    You could use a online simulator like Pokemon Showdown to make your team easily with the proper IVs and EVs rather than making it in-game.

    Dude, you should really be running all stats at 31 IVs and should have EVs as well to maximize certain stats. Oh and never run hardy or other natures that dont effect stats, you should use Modest or Timid on Chandelure.

    This won't increase the use of Stealth Rock weak Pokemon. Why would a new Rapid Spinner be able to raise the usage Bug, Flying, Fire, Ice, etc anymore than our current Rapid Spinners do? Now on to jas61292's questions. What existing Pokémon individually affect the usage of entire types...

    I think that maybe instead of removing a less popular types counters or whatever, we should make a Pokemon that counters a popular type (reducing its use) and is only countered by an underused type (increasing that types use).
