Although the reason why most cartoons are almost purely digital...is maybe because of the decreasing budget -_-""
I really don't know what fine arts is, as long as it is art ;p
But for me, handwritten cartoons is way better than digital ones. Take a look around the old cartoons from the 1930s, and you can tell they are a thousand times better than purely Flash or digital animation.

EDIT: I'm going to stop being a lazy boy and finish my DP/Plat in-game tier guides... Hopefully I can get them Gp checked soon after I do, and then on-site. :3 No one seems to be commenting on them so I suppose everything is agreed with.
I asked macle if I could do the other three in-game tiers that were made (colonel M's, fireburn's, and mekkah's) to match my new format since macle preferred it more... So if they say yes then i'll work on them afterwards....

Is the team really that good? Not going to lie.. I always used to get really frusterated with team building, and now it is probably one of my strengths.

I am also discouraged at the moment. I worked so freaking hard on my Smogon RMT, but nobody is posting on it. Is the team REALLY that good? I don't think so..

It is semi stallish at a glance really, but it is more aggresive than I thought.
Quagsire is a beast too, but I must do some EV training for you! I did my first wifi battle on Smogon in a long time, and managed to win. I think I may upload it to youtube later.

The Sub Petaya Empoleon team I made is really cool after I tested it a bit. All my friends have been bashing Empoleon because so many scarfers outspeed it (Flygon), but that is exactly what made me want to make the team. Flygon is really easy to check, as is Scarfed Rotom.
I remember Emily telling me how Sub/Petaya Empoleon 6-0's teams with Toxic Spikes over a year ago, and the post was nostalgic.. so I built the team!
