day 1 DEAR DIARY
first lesson how to hell to get straight nice lines. well nice lines/curves in general. cant do it. fuk my life. must learn. secret must be in the pen tool but not sure. fill in color doesn't work with pen tool for whatever fuck reason so idk. fiddling with making specific layers have the color i want for a specific section of the drawing but idk how to do it yet. must find out tomorrow so tired.
i think doing animals first is the best thing for me to do so im doing a mule deer. trying to make it cartoony. i need to find a way to make it cute while drawing parts from reference because i suck. i dont want it to be perfectly identically, just recognizable. also i want everything to be cute. big eyes are cute right??? tried an open mouth but doesn't look like a mouth need to change. just looks like a egg splashed open... anyway, animals. no plants they have no "life" or expression anyway. well maybe i can give them expression, i shall see. yeah ill probably do it. then i try humans. i have so many favorite human characters to draw from so many games, I REALLY WANT TO DRAW THEM! really badly. this is like some part of my dream and it doesn't even seem that big.
