Charge Beam from what ive noticed just doesnt work
I mean for Pokes like Chansey and Registeel the set says it can set up on them and if it can why are they going to stay in?

And I dont see WoW mentioned on any of many of the sets...
I feel Charge Beam should have WoW slashed agaisnt it...
Cripples so many of its counters like Regi/Tomb
Kinda random but Rotom's analysis looks pretty old..
It still mentions stuff like Umbreon and how chansey is its biggest counter...
While I dont see how chansey can counter it at all
Either it
A) Has substitute and she cant do anything
B) Has trick and shes then crippled
c) Has rest and shes hopeless yet again (yes ive seen rest rotom before XD)

And if he does need speed to outspeed what?
Focus Punch/Substitute/Payback?/Stone Edge
