How do you usually ref Thunder Wave when used on electric types? Do you take the "50% reduction in paralysis chance from electric attacks" in the electric STAB description to mean T-wave becomes 50/50?

Ive double and triple checked the battle tower, data audit thread, and referee area, and not only do I not see anything that says i need to pm actions, i dont see anything on the subject of brawl matches at all, except that you get 2 extra TC for doing one. could you please tell me where it has the rulings on brawl matches?
Both facilities done. I thought because i had to post to send something out that i got a choice, but no matter.

hey could i have you doublecheck my approval in the approval tower? Kaxter says that you and Deck Knight have to approve our battle cause we didnt PM our actions for a 6v6 Brawl fight even tho Ive combed the battle tower and referee training grounds and saw nothing on the subject anywhere. Anyway could i have you post in the approval tower on the matter please. Thanks :) -
