    Gallade is terrible as a sweeper. The 4 you listed have speed above 100.

    But Scizor gets Iron Head and X-Scissor with a 130 Base Attack. Plus, he gets Technician, so he can use Natural Gift 60 for a 90 base power move, not sure if that's worth anything, but w/e.

    lol, Lucario and speed in the same sentence. Anyways, if you're using agility, base speed doesn't really matter as long as you can get your speed to 203.
