Hi Frog. I have my Modest HP Ice Heatran in 5th gen. It has Stealth Rock and Dragon Pulse, but it'd have to be leveled up to learn Earth Power. If you're interested in it, let me know.
Yea woops it still has it don't worry, I shifted an Azumarill with those moves...I will shift another one.
Yes, It already has those moves along with sleep talk and focus punch.

To get the Wifi ribbon you have to reach rank 5 in the Wifi room, and I'd need a good team to do that. But I don't have good enough Pokemon in my HG to win, I think. I'll still try though :]
both gens, (on 4th gen UT and the ev´d vesion only on 5th gen)
The Singles and Doubles ones I can get for sure as long as I have time to play. The Multi ones I can try playing with 2 DSs. The Wifi one I probably wont be able to get, but I can try
