Sure, I'd be happy to. Basically, you state the version you are playing, how many pokemon you want, and the difficulty, then various people give you pokemon with restrictions that you play through your selected game with, and some people update the group with written updates or bullet point ones.

I see. It makes me feel shrouded with a blanket of protection, where I have my freedom, yet I always have somebody or something to lean on if I need help.
