yeah...i have dream world bagon that i will use to get good IV's but no outrage on it, sorry. I will let you know if i get one. I will get that gengar for you soon though.

If you can't get outrage on it then, just the gengar because the outrage is a must for the new mixmence set
I can always ev it with wings in five seconds so you dont have to worry about those, just whatever you can get it in. Also a gengar with the Sub-split moveset would be nice, nature timid, flawless or near flawless ivs.
