Hey, do you think we should go ahead and do a re-vote for the Create-A-Team? It seems like people aren't really participating as much, and I think that might be because of the poor choice we made last time. No one has really disagreed with re-voting yet. What do you think?

I see. However, I can see why he does some of these things. In theory, Evire and nape look great, while in practice they are ehh. I think that our pal has gotten into the theorymoning thinking. He looks mainly at the positive attributes of bad pokemon, and the negative aspects of some good pokemon. He also most likely uses the meh pokemon exceptionally well which is why he thinks they are great. He thought that kyurem-c sucked, but after a repla I showed him, he thought that kyurem-c was rather good. We basically need live evidence to prove bad pokemon are bad, and good pokemon are good.

Looks alright to me. Again, you do a great job with presentation for that sort of thing, so good job. Hopefully this will install some more order within the group.

LOL shouldn't you guys be higher than Admin? You guys are in the leader position after all. I think it should be
Leader: This person is pretty much "my way or the high way" LOL
Admin: Pretty close under. They just lack that all-authority power. However, they do get the power of being able to challenge and "veto" certain Leader decisions if a large majority of the admins agree.
Mods: These guys get assigned powers over threads and general overviewers. They can't boot or strike anyone freely but they do possess that right to "call it". Mods are pretty much the ones that people will end up going to for asking questions whether it be as stupid as "how do I post" to "Am I allowed to do this and this"
Elite: Pretty much regular members. However, these guys are our top members and are note-worthy of their constant activity and want to help out.
Member: No role. Just be active and not stupid haha

No, there's no Sticky option. Social Groups don't really have a lot of the power regular Smogon does...
