Great work! Pity that a lot of the intro was cut out, but it's still a solid analysis regardless that does a great job emphasizing Donphan's very niche role.
However, even though they can nuke half of the tier, victini and darmanitan also need the sun, as they aren't very useful in the rain, sand or hail. They also have low speed in the current metagame, meaning that garchomp and thunduros-t can outspeed and KO them. Infernape has higher speed, meaning that he can outspeed a good chunk of the metagame, unlike victini and darmanitan. He also has a fighting subtype, meaning that he gets STAB on fighting moves and has a SR nuetrality. He also is a pretty good CB user because of his high speed and fighting STAB. Infernape just seems better than darmanitan and victini IMO.

I'm a bit confused on why infernape is so bad and is outclassed by darmanitan and victini despite its higher speed.

Oh absolutely. My first analysis was an absolute disaster, but I learned from mistakes and tried to improve (to this day i'm still doing this). Keep it, and never give up, your mistakes are just a stepping stone to success.

Since your writing a mienshao analysis, mention that CS Hi jump jick cannot OHKO standard ferrothorn without entry hazards/boosting nature.
Congratulations! I look forward to seeing the finished product; make sure you emphasize Mienshao's critical and unique niche in the metagame. It certainly is OU viable, so try your best to make people see that. -
