she works nicely against Choice Shanderas and the other many fire types of this generation!
Any ideas on an ev spread? I'm guessing we can go higher on special defense because of Marvel Scale + Boiling Water! I plan to use Milotic whatever tier she's put in + standard--I think she has great potential as a phazer and status absorber!
