Gliscor does not resist Brave Bird so both it and double edge hit for equal power you do have a good point with rotom (i use a banded set that 2 hit kills most rotoms)

I would replace Xatu with Espeon, for- same ability, slight drop in physical def but better special defense espeon still doesn't have a lot of offense, and is slower in trick room

replace double edge with final gambit or quick attack, double edge only hits electric types instead of brave bird also, if you get a shuckle/galvantula for sticky web starmie and manetric and staraptor will be harder to outspeed (if you run the web, i would band staraptor )

like Farpafraf said you should really get some mons that take advantage of the sandstorm like sand rushers (excadrill ) and sand forces ( M garchomp) ect. I recomend adding hippowodon for stealth rock, roar, slack off, toxic shuffling and having tyrantitar take a more offensive role

what's Wow? this whole team is built around passing to garchomp im not switching hasty for adamant, as most fire blast targets are four times weak or weak in specially defense (Scizor, ferro, skarm) then i added galvantula for sticky web espeon for bounce vaporoen for cleric and gengar for taunts
