ORAS OU HELP! Mega Absol team

Hi everyone. I'm kind of new to the competitive pokemon scene and I was hoping you guys could possibly help me with my team this is what I have so far:

absol-mega.gif

Mega Absol @ Absolite
Ability: Magic bounce (Justified on Absol)
EV: 252 atk, 252 speed, 4 Hp
Nature: Jolly
-Sword Dance
-Sucker Punch
-Knock off
-Superpower

Mega Absol is my main and also my physical sweeper. After a sword dance boost Mega Absol allows me to sweep most teams. Knock off and Sucker punch are my STAB's and allows me to get rid of my opponents item and gives me a hard hitting priority move. Superpower allows me to have fighting coverage and allows me to handle other Dark types. Justified on Absol allows me to switch in on Dark moves and Mega bounce can be really annoying to deal with when defensive teams can't use moves like thunder wave or stealth rocks.

gengar.gif

Gengar @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EV: 252 SpA, 252 speed, 4 Hp
Nature: Timid
-Shadow Ball
-Thunderbolt
-Sludge Bomb
-Destiny Bond

Gengar is my Special Sweeper and also my Absol's best partner. Gengar has coverage for all absol's weakness and Vise Versa. Sludge bomb and Shadow ball are my STAB's and Thunderbolt gives me nice coverage for flying and water types the chance to paralyze in it self is also great. Destiny Bond allows me to handle anything my team or Gengar can't handle.

talonflame.gif

Talonflame @ ???
Ability: Gale Wings
EV: 252 atk, 252 speed, 4 HP
Nature: Adamant
-Flare Blitz
-Brave Bird
-Roost
-U-Turn

Talonflame is my wallbreaker. Talonflame is a big threat to other teams he's quick and can hit very hard. i would even be willing to run a baton pass on Absol to give Talonflame the boosted attack to potentially kill off anything. With Gale Wings i have a Hard hitting Priority Brave Bird and a priority Roost to can lost HP from the recoil of Flare Blitz and Brave Bird. U - Turn is used to handle pokemon like tyranitar and allow allows me to safely switch out. Flare Blitz is my secondary STAB and allows to to destroy steel type pokemon like Skarmory, Scizor, Forretress etc.

forretress.gif

Forretress @ Rocky Helm
Ability: Overcoat
EV: 252 HP, 252 Def, 4 SpD
Nature: Relaxed
-Rapid Spin
-Stealth Rocks
-Gyro ball
-Toxic spikes

Forretress is my physical wall, Hazard setter and remover. Rapid Spin allows to to get rid of Hazards while Toxic Spikes and Stealth Rocks are used to annoy my opponent. gyro ball gives me steel coverage and can hit hard thanks to forretress's poor speed that is why i'm running a relaxed nature.

florges-yellow.gif

Florges @ ???
Ability: Flower Veil
EV: 252 HP, 252 SpD, 4 SpA
Nature: Calm
-Energy Ball
-Moonblast
-Wish
-Aromatherapy

Florges my trusted Special wall and support. Her strong special defence mixed with her ability to recover my HP and Status effects is almost a dream with Wish and Aroma. Moonblast is my STAB and can sometimes easily take down those annoying dragons. Energy ball gives me Grass coverage to handle the Water, Rock and Ground types.

swampert.gif

Swarmpert @ Leftovers
Ability: Torrent
EV: 252 HP, 120 Def, 136 SpD
Nature: Careful
-Curse
-Earthquake
-Waterfall
-Avalanche

Curse Tank Swarmpert the big guy you can count on unless he is dealing with Grass type moves then he's kind of just a punching bag. curse allows me to beef up swarmperts attack and defence stats. Earthquake and Waterfall are a given they are my STAB's and can hit really hard. (Maybe another reason to run Baton Pass?) Avalanche great it allows me to have an ice coverage move that can potentially raise its attack power from 60 to 120.

Fun Fact: all my pokemon have at least 1 immunity and they all cover each others weakness very well. My team also has 14/18 different attack type moves so it has the potential to deal with almost any threat.

Hey there! Interesting team. I'll give my suggestions in a bit. But first you should atleast write two to three lines about each pokemon describing their usefulness to the team. This will not only help others understand and assess your team better but it is also part of the rules for creating a rmt.

Hi thanks I'll edit a bit later, uhm sorry but I'm not used to pokemon terms what is rmt?

Thread is re-opened since he edited the OP, hopefully people can leave him some good rates

its magic bounce, not mega bounce :)
talonflame can have a sharp beak if you fine opportunities to roost, but if not, i would replace it with an attack and use a choice band
I would replace energy ball with, protect (wish and protect= self heal) calm mind (moonblast harder and more tanky)toxic(DoT) and give it leftovers
imo absol is to delicate to be passing, (unless it is into an immunity) and you mention it passing, but it isnt on the moveset

You might want to change sludge bomb into sludge wave on gengar so you can hit chestnaught. This is because Chesnaught's hidden ability, bulletproof prevents ball, bomb and sphere moves from hitting it so it walls your gengar as the only move to do damage is thunderbolt and this is all it does:
252 SpA Life Orb Gengar Thunderbolt vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Chesnaught: 81-95 (21.3 - 25%) -- possible 5HKO after Leftovers recovery
I hope I could help! Good luck!

Thank you, uhm just one question how do I get Sludge wave on Gengar he can't learn the tm.

I see thanks. I'll test it out to see which set works best much appreciated. Also I agree on the absol part that's why I did not add the baton pass but was just a second option XD

If you are using an online battle simulator then you have easy access to it but if you are using it through an actual game then it came with a shiny gengar event, unfortunately.

Sylveon's Hyper voice 175.5, energy ball in double 180.
Rock: Tyranitar
Groung: often with fly/dragon
water: with fairy/fly/dark
The Florges's energy ball is useless, and I think Sylveon is better.
