    the rules of the giveaway so long... states that you can after you gave this pokemon away to somebody for free and say them this thing. well acualaty rules say you got to say this to every person you trade this
    Well im leveling up my victreebel so it can learn leaf storm and it already has sleep powder so IDK yet the longest part will be to get it with almost flawless IV's but i will try
    In terms of IVs, I'd like it as flawless as possible, with a HP ICE of 65+. 31 speed is a must, the others (except attack) can be 25+.
