Sure, for the Toxicroak would you rather have the one with the EV Spread 244 HP / 252 ATK / 12 SPE or 244 HP / 204 ATK / 60 SPE? I would personally go with the latter just so it can possibly outspeed Bulky Giratinas with any nature other than a +spe one as long as they have 12 spe EVs or less which is what I would expect of the bulky ones.
