Just because a pokemon is shiny and flawless doesn't mean it's hacked. His pokemon may have been but there are hundreds of thousands of flawless RNG'd legit pokemon. If you want him blacklisted never use that as a reason, because they will think that you don't know what the hell you are talking about and ignore your claim to a certain degree.

Three of my Pokemon were mis-SAVd (not by me, otherwise it'd be fixed...) and have egg moves, but are in Premiere balls. So for all intents and purposes, every one of my Pokemon is in a Poke Ball.
