Bah you already abused it? Well it doesn't work... Perhaps the document didn't recalculate everything (that happens a lot).
Also Excel probably screwed up with the number itself because it has just numbers and the letter E. It tends to put that number in scientific notation, which would give you the wrong result.
I'll be uploading a fix to the scientific notation issue but for now change the format of the cell B2 to Text instead of General or w/e it is now.
Edit: Here's a fixed document. I used the PID you gave me for testing and it handles such PIDs correctly now.
