Your team is very solid now and big threats can't be covered without making you weaker to other, bigger threats. Soo I can't really rate it. I would recommend a spread of 248 HP / 32 SAtk / 228 SDef over your current one on Rotom-W though. This spread lets you live a specs Draco Meteor from Modest Hydreigon and KO Gliscor with Hydro Pump.
