The unique thing about MixApe is that it's a physical attacker that aims to break through and weaken physical walls. As such, you'll want to consider running with good physical prowess; perhaps Haxorus, Scizor, or Dragonite could potentially fit this bill? I would personally recommend Stone Edge so you aren't useless against Dragonite, Salamence, and Gyarados, but U-turn is definitely a viable option. If your team has problems with those three Pokemon, then I'd say go for Stone Edge. If they're handled pretty well, then perhaps consider U-turn! I hope this helps. Best of luck!

Hey! I feel that the posters that have responded to you in SQSA haven't really addressed whether or not Medicham is viable in OU.

It's ability, Pure Power, give is one of the strongest Hi Jump Kicks in the game, while its Psychic-typing can provide an interesting niche. Overall though, Medicham is quite weak to Ghost-type Pokemon, specifically Gengar and Jellicent, who can go for the OHKO or Will-O-Wisp, respectively. If you feel that your team can adequately take on Medicham and cover its weaknesses, it may be worth considering! However, I would almost always recommend either Terrakion or Mienshao over Medicham. The former still hits like a truck while running an acceptable speed, while Mienshao can add longevity to the match through scouting and hitting hard with HJK. Low Kick is better in OU than Brick Break on a Weavile. Blissey won't come in on a physical attacker (especially if you use SD), so you can disregard Blissey unless your team literally has no other way around it.

Low Kick does more damage to more Pokemon, and Blissey won't exactly enjoy it anyway.
