Going to try to RNG Dialga, just a few questions that I didn't pick up on my first readthrough of the doc. What REALISTIC values should I put in for Frame and Delay min/man to RNG for a 5IV Modest in Diamond? Having not done it I don't know how much of a pain it will turn out to be.

I'm trying to use the hidden grottos in White2 to catch a 6IV ditto using RNG reporter 9.96.5. Is there an easier way? Can it be done this way? Is there a good guide I should be using? I've only been confused with the information I've found on the topic so far. Specifically I'm confused about...

Just kidding, apparently the 3DS can't handle my internet for the DS settings either even though X works fine. This process is getting more and more silly.

Can you use Pokecheck with the 3DS? My Phat says that my wifi connection isn't supported and I REALLY don't feel like fixing that.

So if I wanted Naive, which is at 9 off the starting frame, 2 later than the one I got, could I just save the game twice then? Will the WNPC continue to burn RNs while I save?

I don't care much about shinys. I think getting some synchronize pokes will be a lot more helpful though.

I'm trying to figure out this program (version 9.96.5) to capture Cobalion in White 2. I am using the seed: 01DB35F5701111F2 which gives me 30/31/30/31/31/31, which is my intended IV spread. I was able to hit my seed and I expected a Quiet Cobalion, since that is what the RNG reporter tells me...
