When using (non-Ghost) Curse in doubles, I have to select a target. The move works as normal otherwise.

Take everything that's not a high-OU Pokemon or an Uber (besides Deo-N, tbh). Make sure to exclude anything that has a niche, like Ditto, Shednja, or Ninjask. For every .000001% of Charizard usage, take a drink (Surgeon General's Warning: No.). There, I fixed the Ubers stats.

I don't see why not. There's no real reason for it, and there's reasons for it, so it seems like something that could be implemented.

Infernape isn't that great of a Pokemon. It has a good boosting move in Nasty Plot, but other than that, there's nothing outstanding about it. It's a moderately good sun sweeper, but not a great one. It has a very, very small niche.
